Physical items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition, within 20 days of the date of receipt.
Digital products (such as downloadable games or PDF files) cannot be refunded once the download or access has begun.

4. Digital & Downloadable Products

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
